Yoga and Poetry

Stretch your body and your imagination at this relaxing evening of yoga and poetry.
During this gentle yoga session, our instructor will guide participants through calming stretches while sharing brief excerpts from poems that complement the movements and mood of the practice. The short readings are woven naturally into the flow of the session, creating a peaceful space to slow down, breathe, and reflect.
Participants will also have the opportunity to take home copies of the full poems featured during the program to enjoy later.
All experience levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. No registration required.
