Join Lenny Demoranville, Associate Professor of Chemistry at Centre College, for a look at some of the chemistry involved in the production of bourbon, its aging, and your enjoyment of it. For those not familiar with bourbon, a basic overview of the spirit will be weaved into the talk. No prior chemistry experience is required.
