This tween Book Club for ages 9-12 will be reading “Strange Birds: A Field Guide to Ruffling Feathers” by Celia C. Pérez as part of the library’s Summer Reading Program: Tails and Tales.
The Strange Birds Book Club meets at the Lee Avenue and Elkhorn City libraries. Please call your preferred library to register: 606-437-6001 (Lee) or 606-754-5451 (Elkhorn). Copies of the book are provided and meetings will include activities along with book discussion.
At Elkhorn City, Strange Birds Book Club meets every other Tuesday at 3:00. At Lee Avenue it meets every other Thursday at 4:00.
