Stained Glass Workshop

*Learn the basics of creating stained glass art and complete a project of your very own! ✨✨✨ Workshops led by skilled local artisan Jill Robertson of Appalachia’s Daughter! ✨✨✨
*The stained glass workshops will be held at the Pike County Cooperative Extension located at 148 Trivette Drive in downtown Pikeville. Workshops take place on Thursday, June 29th. There will be two sessions: 1-4pm and 5-8pm.
*Space is very limited so please register in advance by calling 606-432-2534, via Facebook message to the Extension Fine Arts page, or email emilykbaldridge@uky.edu.

What You Need to Know:
+To ensure materials and space for participants, we can only take a limited number of patrons. Registration is required.
+You will be cutting glass and using a soldering iron to piece it together. You might get a minor cut or burn! It is the nature of the craft. Most injuries are about the equivalent of a paper cut. However, to ensure you are aware of this, you must sign a waiver to participate.
+This activity is not suitable for children. Participants must be at least 14 years old.
+The workshop will last 3 hours. Depending on your pace and skill, you may finish your project sooner. You are free to leave earlier!
+There is no fee to come to the workshop and all materials are provided.
+Project ideas and templates are available. You are also free to bring your own pattern or idea to make.
+Projects must be kept small in order to be completed during the time frame of the workshop.
