Meditation Monday

Start your week with calm and clarity at the Pike County Public Library.
On alternating Mondays in October, join us for a special meditation program led by Tonya Jones. Each session begins with a short discussion on the basics of meditation, followed by a relaxing guided practice.
This series is designed for adults of all experience levels—a wonderful way to reduce stress, find focus, and ease into a new week.
Participants are encouraged (though not required) to bring a pillow or mat to sit on. Chairs will also be provided.
