Learn how craft chocolate is made by one of the few chocolate makers in Kentucky!
Dustin Cornett of Chocolat Café in Beattyville will take you through his complete process of making chocolate and what it means to be a craft chocolate maker. He will discuss the many origins of cacao and how that impacts the flavor of chocolate, with a few samples to demonstrate. You’ll never think of chocolate the same afterwards!
