Local author Dawn Reed will be at the library with her new book, “A Heart Full of Christmas.”

This title is a book of 31 short stories focusing on the people of the first Christmas. For just a few minutes each day of December, step into the sandals of Mary, Joseph, Jesus, the shepherds, and the wise men, feel the love of your Heavenly Father, and be swept away by His love.

Dawn Reed is KY born and raised. She has been married to her high school sweetheart for 43 years and is the mother of 2 grown children. Dawn has worked as a dental assistant for over 17 years and is also a newspaper columnist. Her passions are teaching, reading, and jail ministry. She serves at Fitzpatrick Baptist Church in Prestonsburg where her husband is pastor.
