Enjoy Christmas music while adding frosting and mini M&Ms to turn a cupcake into an ornament! For ages 12 and under. No registration required.
This program will be held on December 10th at 5:00 at the Pike County Public Library (Lee Avenue), Elkhorn City Public Library, and Vesta Roberts Johnson Memorial Library. It will be held December 12th at 5:00 at the Belfry Public Library and Phelps Public Library.
