Decorate a spooky bottle for a magic potion at the library! For ages 12 and under. No registration required.
This program will be held October 15th at 5:00 at Belfry Public Library, and October 22nd at 5:00 for Pike County Public Library (Lee Avenue, Elkhorn City Public Library, Phelps Public Library, and Vesta Roberts Johnson Memorial Library.
