Tie dye a hat this summer on July 2nd at 5:30! This program will be held outdoors. In the event of rain, this program will be postponed.
This program will be held at the Pike County Public Library (Lee Avenue), Belfry Public Library, Elkhorn City Public Library, Phelps Public Library, and Vesta Roberts Johnson Memorial Library. Ages 6-12. No registration is required.
