Tree Identification Walking Tour

Led by members of the Kentucky Division of Forestry, This family friendly hike will demonstrate how to identify various types of trees by leaves, twigs and buds, bark, flowers, and other characteristics.
This program will be held on alternating Saturdays in June and July at 10:30. Dates are June 15 & 29, and July 13 & 27.
Participants will meet at the football field parking lot at the Bob Amos Park and walk to the park trails to begin the Walking Tour. The program will last approximately an hour. In the event of bad weather, the program will be canceled. Any change in schedule will be posted on Facebook!
