Cool off with bubble and water outdoor fun for all ages! Make bubbles, enjoy the bubble machine, create huge bubbles with hula loops or large wands, and play with water squirters and water balloons! This program will be held outdoors at the Pike County Public Library (Lee Avenue), Elkhorn City Park, and Belfry Public Library on July 25th at 2:00. In the event of bad weather, this event may be postponed.
