You’ll work collaboratively\, build confidence\, and have a lot of fun bringing this heartfelt and whimsical show to life. \nTo make participation accessible for families\, we’re excited to offer free childcare during camp rehearsals to those who need it in our upstairs sensory-inclusive space so parents can focus on creating without worry. \nNote: Campers must be present for every day of camp and all performances on August 7th and 8th.

DESCRIPTION:July 27 – August 6\, 2026\nWeekdays | 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM\nFree | Separate Registration Required \nTo support campers participating in our Almost\, Maine Adult Summer Camp\, we are pleased to offer free childcare during evening rehearsals. \nChildcare will be available weeknights from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM throughout the camp dates and will take place in our upstairs\, sensory-inclusive space. This allows campers who are parents and guardians to fully focus on rehearsals while knowing their children are cared for nearby. \nThis registration is intended only for families enrolled in the Adult Summer Camp who need childcare support during rehearsals. A separate childcare registration is required so we can properly plan staffing and space. \nAdditional details (including ages\, dates needed\, and any specific notes) will be collected via a Google Form closer to the start of camp. \nNote: Childcare is offered for campers only during rehearsals only and does not include performance dates.

DESCRIPTION:Get ready to enjoy Pikeville in a unique way! This sprint distance triathlon will have you swimming at our local YMCA pool\, followed by a scenic bike ride through Historical Downtown Pikeville\, and finish off by running through the Epic  Blue Chip Trail! This year we are adding team relays and aquathlon divisions (swim/run). We encourage both beginners and seasoned triathletes to give this a try! Distances per race section; Triathlon * Pool Swim – 300 meters  * Bike – 20 kilometers or 12 miles * Trail Run – 5 kilometers or 3.1 miles Duathlon * Track Run – 1.6 kilometers or 1 mile * Bike – 20 kilometers or 12 miles * Trail Run – 5 kilometers or 3.1 miles Aquabike (Swim-Bike) * Pool Swim – 300 meters * Bike – 20 kilometers or 12 miles Aquathlon (Swim-Run) * Pool Swim – 300 meters * Trail Run – 5 kilometers or 3.1 miles THIS IS A USA TRIATHLON EVENT. PARTICIPANTS MUST GET A ONE DAY LICENCE. HELMETS MUST BE WORN ON BIKE COURSE. FOR THE COMPLETE RULES PLEASE VISIT https://www.usatriathlon.org/multisport/rules  THE EVENT WILL HAVE THE ADDITIONAL RULE OF NO PASSING WHEN GOING DOWN THE BOB AMOS HILL. IT IS A SAFETY PRECAUTION.  THE RACE IS OPEN TO TRAFFIC. TRAFFIC LAWS ARE TO BE FOLLOWED WHILE ON BIKE SECTION OF THE RACE.  PACKET PICKUP & LATE REGISTRATION- PICTURE ID REQUIRED Location: Arrive at site Saturday no than 7 AM EST for ample time for parking\, packet pickup and getting ready for event starting promptly at 8 AM EST. * Friday\, Aug 29th  – 5 PM – 7:00 PM at race site * Saturday – Race morning from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM –  at race site. Registration is open race morning!  Awards Ceremony will follow each events completion Awards will be for first overall male and female.  We will not ship them out\, so please check with us before you leave. PARKING: * At the YMCA Parking lot and there also are parking lots by the track and tennis courts. Event Cancellation / Modification Policy – If Natural Disaster or Community Disaster occurs\, our action steps are as follows: 1. City of Pikeville in concert with local officials will make decisions based on safety first. 2. Courses and/or race segments will be altered as agreed to between City of Pikeville and local officials 3. Financial: It is not financially feasible for City of Pikeville to accept the risk of a disaster for everyone. Each registered participant needs to accept the risk of his or her entry fee. There will be NO REFUNDS or free entries to future races. The money you paid is spent developing the subject event. 4. City of Pikeville does not save any money if one of our events has to be canceled for reasons beyond our control. All supplies and services needed for the events are purchased and/or arranged in advance. All event supplies and services associated with that event must be paid for\, regardless of the outcome.
