Story Time is held Thursdays at 11:00 and 2:00 and Saturdays at 11:00. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nBesides being fun\, Story Time also helps develop early literacy and school readiness skills through reading\, singing\, listening\, playing\, and social interaction. This program lasts approximately 30 minutes\, and caregivers and children are encouraged to linger in the library afterwards to further socialize and choose books to take home. \n  \nStory Time begins the first week of September and ends the first week of May.

For just a few minutes each day of December\, step into the sandals of Mary\, Joseph\, Jesus\, the shepherds\, and the wise men\, feel the love of your Heavenly Father\, and be swept away by His love. \nDawn Reed is KY born and raised. She has been married to her high school sweetheart for 43 years and is the mother of 2 grown children. Dawn has worked as a dental assistant for over 17 years and is also a newspaper columnist. Her passions are teaching\, reading\, and jail ministry. She serves at Fitzpatrick Baptist Church in Prestonsburg where her husband is pastor.
