How do birds recognize good nectar sources? Why do some plants want to attract birds instead of insects? And what does it all have to do with seed production?\nWith color photos and engaging stories\, author\, photographer\, and field naturalist Nancy Grant offers fascinating insights into the private lives of Ruby-throated Hummingbirds. In this presentation you’ll understand what it’s like to be a hummingbird and discover intimate details about their lifestyle.\nAt the end of the presentation\, Nancy will conduct a Q&A session. She will also have copies of her books for sale.\nThis program will be held at the Pike County Public Library (Lee Avenue) on Tuesday\, June 3rd at 5:30. No registration required.
