The Pikeville/Pike County Artisan Alliance focuses on increasing art activities and awareness to the community. Eastern Kentuckians are known for creative skills in visual and performing arts. Several of the top county music arts originate from this region.
The board of directors includes representatives of the City of Pikeville, Pikeville College, University of Pikeville, Big Sandy Community and Technical College, Pike Arts, and citizen members.
